Territory Sales Manager

Apr 28, 2015 — Michelle Delmonico joined American Integrity last year with over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. Michelle started her career at Allstate as a sales producer. She created solid agency relationships during her time at MacNeill Group, Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance, and American Independent Companies Inc. Michelle has a BA in Criminal Justice from Alvernia College and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Michelle is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. She has one son, Demetrio “Deo”, who is the light of her life. They both enjoy spending time together at the beach. She has a passion for racing and was known to race motorcycles in her earlier days at the Pocono Raceway!

Paul R.

Claims Adjuster

March 25, 2015 — Paul is an outspoken member of our claims team and a Red Sox enthusiast. Paul spent over 20 years running a variety of businesses and four years as a project manager for PuroClean Emergency Services before attaining his adjuster’s license. He joined the American Integrity family in 2012 as a Water Mitigation Specialist. Paul was born and raised in Massachusetts where he also studied Business Management at the University of Lowell. He’s married to his best friend Jo-Ann. Between the two of them they have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. They spend their free time enjoying long weekends in different cities, golfing, making beer and boating!

Claims Field Adjuster

Feb 24, 2015 — Jeremy is an experienced member of our claims department and a real team player. Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, he moved to St. Augustine, Florida three years ago and has been a part of the American Integrity family for over two years. Jeremy’s career in the insurance industry started at Travelers Insurance ten years ago. Over the last decade Jeremy has worked all types of insurance claims, including some very large losses and catastrophe deployments. His great customer service skills make him a real asset to our claims team and is one of the reasons he’s responsible for training fellow employees.  Jeremy likes to spend his free time with his wife, Emily and nine year old daughter Brianna “Bri”. You can find them outdoors on the weekend at sporting events and the beach!

Customer Care Specialist

Jan 16, 2015 — Orlando is a member of the Customer Care team and brings three years of insurance experience to American Integrity. Orlando previously worked for 1^st Capital Insurance and is a native to the Tampa area.

Orlando has an eagerness to help serve our customers and goes the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience. In the future he plans on obtaining his 220 license. In his spare time Orlando loves to go fishing and is a big supporter of the Gators, Bucs, Rays and the Lightning. On the weekends you can find him spending time with his wife Kristin, and his two children, Ethan and Rayleigh.

Accounting

Dec 1, 2014 — Tyler Andrejack is a hard-working and detail oriented member of American Integrity's Accounting Department. Tyler received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He started his career at Suncoast Electric in cost accounting before joining the American Integrity family as an accountant in 2012.  Tyler is a team player and takes the time to explain and respond to financial questions on a daily basis from a variety of departments. Tyler enjoys learning about the Insurance Industry and the fast-paced business environment. In his free time he likes to workout, go to the beach, and spend time with his friends and family.
