What is the Citizens Depopulation Program?
To access our policy management platform, InsuranceNow, please click the link below. If you do not have your login credentials or if you need assistance, contact us at 1-866-968-8390 or [email protected]. Please note that take-out policies will not populate in InsuranceNow until 45 days prior to their renewal date.
Access InsuranceNowImportant Things to Note
- While you currently have access to our policy management platform, InsuranceNow, take-out policies will not populate until 45 days prior to their renewal date.
- Any needed changes to a take-out policy between the assumption date and the renewal date must be conducted with Citizens.
- Our internal Retention Team will be calling take-out customers to answer any questions they may have about the transition process.
- Take-out policies have a policy number that begins with “CIT”. When searching by policy number in InsuranceNow, if there is one or more zeros after “CIT” in the policy number, ex: CIT001234, you must remove the zeros. Ex: it should read CIT1234.
- After the take-out policy renews, you will be able to service it within the confines of the Choice Product. For more information on these products, please see the manuals linked below.
- A limited agreement does not grant you authority to conduct voluntary business on behalf of American Integrity. You are not able to quote or bind in our system.
- If you have not already, please submit the 2024 version of the W9 form to [email protected].

American Integrity modeled our Choice Policies based on Citizens' corresponding coverage. These policies are ineligible for any of our product endorsements, including our flood coverage.
