Our Binding Arbitration option provides a reduction to the non-hurricane portion of your premium, based on your policy type. This endorsement streamlines the claims process by resolving disputes outside of court. With the help of an impartial arbitrator, you can avoid lengthy legal battles and reach a resolution quickly and efficiently.

What Does Binding Arbitration Cover?

Binding Arbitration provides an alternative to court for resolving property claims. If a dispute arises, an unbiased arbitrator reviews the case and makes a binding decision, helping both parties avoid the cost and stress of litigation. This option ensures quicker outcomes and a smoother resolution process for your claims.

What Happens If You Use the Binding Arbitration Endorsement?

American Integrity will pay the arbitration fees, including the arbitrator’s expenses and fees. The arbitrator will meet with you and American Integrity, and set an expedited discovery and arbitration hearing date. The arbitrator will set the final arbitration hearing within 120 days of the Demand for Arbitration.

You have the right to have an attorney help you in the arbitration hearing, but you will be responsible for the costs of any fees related to your attorney. The arbitrator will issue a written final decision with findings of fact and law within 30 days after the final arbitration hearing is completed.
